I am very disappoint in Standard Bank in general I went to Carnival Mall today to get a document signed for school saying that my daughter does not have an account with them. All the other banks it takes about 10min for this to be done. We waited in the Que for over a hour and 45min for this to be done at Standard Bank. They have no system there.
