Complaint about service from standard bank

I Ajay laldeo I'd no. ***089 would like to share my experience with standard bank vehicle finance and how *********** they are.Last year my vehicle was in arrears and I received calls from the bank and their attorneys for payment I even had to pay the attorneys fees who they consulted with.i managed to free off my vehicle August 2019 which was even before the 6 year period.Since August 2019 to june 2020 I am struggling to get my logbook(natis documents) for my vehicle.i made many calls which are all recorded by standard bank and have a long trail of emails discussing my natis.My opinion standard bank has most *********** staff cos I have called and dealth with many trying to retrieve my natis.standbank staff is pathetic.Ajay laldeo ***
