Complaint

It has now been 4 days since I submitted my review, and I was advised that someone would be in contact with me. However, this has still not happened. Instead, I have only received an automated email with a complaint reference ID.

I am concerned about the lack of follow-up and support, especially as this is an ongoing issue I have been trying to resolve for months. I would appreciate clarity on when I can expect a consultant to contact me and assist in resolving this matter.

At this stage, the experience has been very disappointing from a customer service perspective.
