Complaint

A guy by the name of Alex Mandla helped me get financing with Standard bank to purchase a car. He paid the dealership money for the car without receiving the Natis of the car and a dekra or AA certicate for the car and due to negligence I bought a car which is a code 3 vehicle and he didn't bother to check that before he made the transaction. The bank for the past year hasn't even contacted me to inform me that the car I'm paying for mind is no longer in my possession is a code 3 vehicle a built up car. The car is currently owned by someone else and has the original natis for the car. So what am I paying standard bank if I don't have the car in my possession and they also don't even have the natis or a dekra report for the car! What appalling service and negligence! I've been complaining for the past year an this matter is not even investigated!
