Complaint

Hi I have an account with standard bank but I haven't been using that account from 2019.Yesterday I received a call and sms from Credit Berea stating that I owe standard bank R5300 for bank charges without any notification from the bank. I went twice to Standard bank Silverton Branch asking them to close my account but I couldn’t get help,then they kept on debiting and charging from that account.
