Hello
I have lost count how many times I've tried to reach Standard Bank trying to decrease my credit card limit. I asked them to call me bank, ive sent emails. the last straw was when I called and they told me I failed their stupid verification process. I don't want to bank with them anymore, I want to pay off this credit card, how can that be *****? They once responded to my mail saying they'll assist me and I never got a response after that.
PLEASE HELP
