Complaining about the teller

Had 5rands making R3000 at the teller (Victor mashao) advice me that he can't assist but only take 1000 five Rands on top I must sort them on my own and the rest must come for two consecutive days to exchange. After the long que I waited carrying a child on my back. My time being wasted. Am working Monday to Friday I can't come to bank for days exchanging 5rands I don't know actually what is the pepose of going to the bank but still you can't get assisted. Please help me on this matter am so disappointed with the service I received from standardbank in protea Glen mall by the teller called Victor Mashao
