Complain about the service.

Good morning. I was in a standard bank branch in Pretoria in Van Der Walt Street. I was the 9:00 to go and do some adjustments in my fix deposit. I arrived 9:00 then the security told to enter inside the bank. I sat down on a queue so I can be helped. I stay in the queue for 1 hour 15 min without any assistant from the branch. We were not even not told what is happening as the queue was not moving at 10:15 I saw a lady entering the mangers office I went to her to ask questions of what is happening as the queue was not moving she asked how long I've being waiting. She asked again the was people on the tellers I showed her on customer that was with the teller since I arrived.

I told her that I've being in th queue since 9:00 no one came to us and Tell us what is happening or maybe they are offline or they have any system issues.

The service in that brach its not good at all in front of me three customers went out complaining about the service. I even told the lady that why is it in Montana brach we get excellent service but here it's so bad or maybe it's becouse it's TOWN. I am expecting the service I get in Montana to get it in all branches.

The said part I've being banking with standard bank for more than 20 years but what I experienced today was really shocking.

I am also thinking to close my account with standard bank becouse of the ill treatment I got today.
