Complain about Prescribed Account
I have an RCP account with Standard Bank which is prescribed and why will on earth a creditor refuse to close a prescribed account on my name?and ask an attorney to collect on their behalf and the same attorney closed the file after finding out that Standard Bank wants her to collect on a prescribed matter.The problem is that creditors undermine consumers thinking we dont know our rights and the Acts.Standand Bank should be closed.,EFF should intervene.Standard Bank refuses to remove my name on all credit bureau
