Complain

Good day I had and incident I was withdrawing money from standard bank ATM date: 07/12/2021 Time: 8:52am name of ATM is Dragon city re Johannesburg GTZA withdrawal amount R2000 on a process the money didn't come out only card and it went off from my bank and I was using capitec bank card then machine went off start ro write something on the screen without giving money back I waited for more than 10 minutes until it went on again and write a message of apologies without my money so I just want to know how am I going to get my money back I hope you can help asap because I need that money
