What a welcome to Standard bank, im a fairly new client of Standard bank since February I have been reporting that they busy sending hardcopy of statements that I didn't even sign up for and that debit from my account, I lodged a complain via calk before they promised to fix it and they didn't. Took efforts and time to go directly at the branch they reversed the money back to my account and promised the matter is resolved here I am today with the same issue they said it is resolved.... What a wow for such service.
