Company with no integrity, double standards

I've bumped a dog with in August 2015. The insurance repaired my bumper. In September, I took my car to VW for service due. Without informing them of any accident, they told me that the radiator was damaged and that the steering rack had a excessive play due to the accident. The insurance this time only repaired the radiator. The car was taken to Tyres & More for alignment test were it was found that the back end adjuster nut is seized due to corrosion. They referred them back to the manufacturer (doubt). I was then told by Dumisani (AAA) that it is a manufacture fault and should go to VW as the car is still under warranty - also not true. Bianca Davids phoned me and told me that they won't pay due to corrosion. Some guy from AAA which I did not get his name phoned me and told me that they won't do the steering rack as the dog(bones) although he went under the car can't possible have the impact give this play on steering rack(iron). Dumisani told me that they had nothing to do with VW, that I am their client. The Panelbeater they use is not using original parts and not doing a good job. Apparently it is the only 1 in Queenstown but there staff(insurance broker) can choose.
