Communication 101
I received a voice message this morning informing me that one of my accounts is overdrawn or has insufficient funds. I log into internet banking (what a PATHETIC WEBSITE the new UNIMPROVED site is!). Two accounts are overdrawn, but well within their respective limits.<br> I have more than a dozen Standard Bank accounts. Is it too much trouble to inform me which account is problematic? Must I now spend an hour on the phone to a call centre to find out what Standard Bank knows but can't tell me while it has gone to the trouble to half-inform me about?
