Commissioner of oath.
Shocked to find out that the bank I pay monthly to do absolutely nothing for me cannot provide me with a basic public service, I am in a rush to provide certified copies to my employer and a large branch cannot help me. Thanks for nothing guys, way to chase customers to other banks.
