Commercial Banking (minimal Private Banking benefits)

I recently started banking with Standard Bank, I got their private banking credit card and I was offered their private banking account. Application happened a few weeks ago and to this day I’m still waiting for the bank card which means I still don’t have access to the actual bank account to transact. I’ve also had issues where my credit card is blocked and I had to call the ***** line instead of being called to verify a transaction. The cellphone banking app leaves a lot to be desired. I don’t see a future where I’m main banked here.
