Collections and Personal Lending Department please explain

I do not understand the balance that is left on my loan account.

I wanted to finish paying my loan this month and close my account. The amount that reflected as balance on my loan for this month was R478, However an amount of R 535 was debited from my account. Then an amount of R57 appeared on balance I paid that, then an amount of R 115 reflected on balance on my app.

What is going on and what is the actual balance on my loan account???

I'm getting frustrated with this. Why were all these amounts not included in the money debited if Indeed they are correct? Because the normal monthly installment is R1123 anyway.

This doesn't add up! Please contact me urgently. I want this account closed!!
