clueless basics

<p>I lost at least 3hrs of my time trying to get a proof of payment that i sent to beneficiary:</p> <p>1. I did a once off payment to a service provider and selected that an email be sent to her for proof of payment. 30minutes later she still hadnt received the email, so i called the customer line and explained the situation and asked them to email it to me instead so i can give it to the service provider, this was 30minutes on the phone.</p> <p>2. 30minutes after the call has ended and still no email, so then i decided to go the bank to get it from the branch.</p> <p>3. at least 35minutes in the queue i get to the consultant who attends to me. more than an hour after being attended to I still had not the proof of payment!!! so i stormed out of the bank.</p> <p>4. All this happens when my hourly paid team is not being attended to and they are costing me because of just a mere proof of payment from this stndard bank. </p>
