Closure of account

Visited Standard bank Bayside mall. Beautiful branch but pathetic service. Waited an hr with no assistance. The staff stand around on their phones walking up and down past customers sitting and waiting for help. When you ask them how many people before you they want to give u attitude. Their lack of service is honestly pathetic it's disgusting and I would not recommend going to that branch ever!
