Closing times don’t accommodate everyone

I don’t even know where to begin. I was at the Sandton City branch and they literally shut the door as I arrived at 13:01 with no compromise to let me in. The girl Matamela wouldn’t let me in as I pleaded with her from the other side of the glass like a burglar. I was only there to collect my card because I understood that the closing time is 16:00 during the week and I knock off at 17:00 and I’m saturday I knock of at 13:00 but I left early just to collect my card. I was later assisted by a lovely lady who saw me crying from outside. I’ve never experienced such poor and cold hearted service in my life.
