closing statement and certificate of balance

<p>standard bank deceased estate system is very poor according to the contaltants by the name of Promise and Mohammed we not allowed to speake to the administator who are doing certificate of balance they tell you about 14 days to do the certificate of balance still after 14 days you wont receive it and follow up they tell you they will escalate the matter to sharon dube whom never answers her phone and turn around time will be 3 to 4 working days stil i have to call them again to follow up. that were i spoke to mohammed and he also told me that he will escalate the matter to sharon dube anather turn around time 3 to 4 working days and sharon does not even respond to emails. please standard bank deceased estate change the system it is very poor with absa and fnb turn around time it 7 days and we receive it before 7 days so please standard bank change the system it slow and it makes our jobs very difficult for us sharon please answer the phone and respond to your emails.</p>
