Closing Standard Bank Credit Card
Client trying to close a credit card account with no success. I am reporting this here to try and assist the customer. Mr Vermeulen ID: *** cell number *** to cancel and close his Standard bank Credit Card. He has visited the local SBSA and was advised that there is an IT issue and they cant assist him. Deductions and fees are being done to the account running up a balance and the client has tried to have the card account closed on numerous occasions.
