Closing my account as Nomsa Skhosana from Gautrain says the bank cards are not accepted at the station

I was very much instulted and told that I was old im stupid , that my money adds know value to her salary nor that Guatrain group, just because I want to unblock my card and she stated that the station in pretoria cannot do so for the past 31 days and she doesn't care what I say , I asked for her manger . When the manger arrived she continued insulting me in the mangers presence. I asked the manger why shes like this and he stated , I guess its not her first time. I have a video recording of this. To think ive been using the train for the past 9 years to work amd now im using the taxi as she has ruined my name and degraded me infront of customers.she is know use to the business, I just wanna cancel my accounts and invesments as well as i cannot use a bank card of the bank your affiliated with as youll are insulting its clients as well.
