Closing a Acc I never requested!

Last month I received a call from the Telemarket dept asking if I want to increase my Cr Card Cr Limit .. after this I received<br> a sms stating that there is amount of R190 something due on my CR this was funny because I <br> never app**** for a Cr Card!!!<br> <br> I then went to the Standard Bank Branch who then confirmed that there is a Cr Card acc linked <br> to my profile they then req I call the Card division ... When I called I spoke to Ntombikayise Nkosi<br> who confirmed that this acc was opened a few months ago I informed her that I did not req this acc <br> and that it needs to be closed .. she then confirmed that she will send thrgh the req to close the acc<br> and that the amounts will be reversed she also confirmed that this acc will be closed within 48hrs upon not<br> hearing anything I sent two followup emails with no resp <br> <br> Yesterday I received another sms stating I now owe R221.77 !!!! WTH is happening with this ppl dont<br> they know how to assist in closing an acc I never req!
