Closed Home Loan Account affecting my credit score
I had a home loan account with my ex husband for R585 000 which was transferred to just my husband in 2016 but still showing on the credit record on ITC as open and last paid in 2016. I called for the request to be sent to ITC, was told would be done by 15 December, but till now this has not been done. This home loan makes me look over indebted and looks like I have an account that I haven't paid in almost 2 years. I get notifications on activities that happen on my rating and last week I received one on a home loan being closed, but this is one that I closed 5 years ago when I sold my house and this wasn't even showing as a problem.
