Closed business account with hefty penalties monies gone

My business account was taken money from and closed by Standard bank business and they have are telling me now stories on how they will pay it back I have spoken to Theroonshakulen Kullen, ho was very rude and not bothered to assist and speaking on top of my voice, what an appealing way to deal and support small business in South Africa, Standard bank is the worst don't open it
