CLOSED ACCOUNT WITH ZERO BALANCE BUT
I CLESED MY ACCOUNT IN SEPTEMBER THE ACCOUNT WAS ON ZERO BALANCE FEW MONTH LATER THERE IS A BALNCE OF R800.00, WITH NO SMS OR ANY NOTIFICATION, I VISIT THE ELDORADO PARK BRANCH SPOKE TO THE MANAGER SHE ADVICE MY INSURANCE FORCED OPEN MY ACCOUNT AND WILL SEND A EMAIL TO MY BRANCH IN SOUTHGATE , I SHOUD COME SEE HER IN A FEW DAYS, I WENT 4 DAYS AFTER THE MANGER WAS OFF AND THE ACCOUNT IS STILL OPEN, THE FRONT LADY GAVE ME A CALL CENTRE NO AND SAID THEY WILL PUT ME THROUGT TO ELDORADO PARK BRANCH. I CALLED TODAY THE CALL CENTRE CANT GET THROUGHT TO ELDORADO PARK BRANCH.. IM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS SERVICES ITS ALMOST MONTH END MORE CHARGES ON THIS ACCOUNT THAT IS SUPOSED TO BE CLOSED
