Closed account still open
in 2022 i think September i went to Somerset branch to close my account with you guys as I'm no longer employed.
the consultant told me to pay money on the account so that she can close the account and then she told me its closed.
jikijiki I'm getting an email that the account is open and I owe money like how come guys because I closed the account in 2022. funny how I am unemployed and will not pay a closed account that I am sure it was closed sorry shame.
please assist.
