CLOSED ACCOUNT-STILL NOT RECTIFIED

good day<br> <br> i paid my overdraft in full with my cheque account, I went to menlyn branch and found out how much is still outstanding regarding the overdraft and made a cash deposit the same day and ask the guy who helped me to close the account. He told me that he will do it on his side and give me a call regarding the account closure. Today i phoned to confirm what would be my last installment on my personal loan and only to find out that my cheque account hasnt even been closed... Im trying to close everything with this STB bank because *********** people that works there, nobody wants to help you and i have to use my airtime and petrol to get answers because STB bank does not care about their ex-customers. I have been to the branch numerous of times and you guys waste my time. i will not go back as im still waiting for the guy from menlyn branch to phone me back in regards to the closing of my account. you guys are terrible and your service is up to ****!!!
