Closed account still being charged
How difficult is it to get hold of a supervisor who isn't on leave, at the doctor's office or just doesn't answer their phone?! We closed our account in January but are still getting management fee charges and debt collection notices...on a CLOSED account. Not very impressed Standard Bank!
