Closed account still accumulating interest/charges
I closed down my SUM1 account earlier this year but for some reason it still appears on my profile and it is busy accumulating interest/charges.<br> <br> After I spent over an hour at the branch and ran around to get my proof of residents- I only hope that you don't expect me to pay those charges when you finally decide to close it down as I requested!!!!
