CLOSED ACCOUNT BE REOPENED ALTHOUGH PAID UP LETTER WAS PROVIDED

<p>I received a statement for my Gold Card today, 30 May 2016. Trying to close this account is pure HELL.</p> <p><br />Here we go again, my GOLDCARD AGAIN is open with a credit. This is really driving me crazy. I can bet on the Titanuim card will also be re opened soon.</p> <p><br />I am so fed up. I receive paid up letters and the next month a closed credit card appears as open account, and AGAIN I must take time to sort this out.</p> <p>This is a complaint lodge for this month!</p> <p><br /> When will this STOP!!!!!!</p>
