I'm very disappointed on this bank, last time I wrote to Hello Peter to assist about the account of Sizakele Octavia Sithole her account number is ***, they send the email which was state that the account was resolved, unfortunately it wasn't open they give us the reference number which is ***, and this account was closed without any consultation.is that treatment you give to your customers?
