Closed account 10 years ago

Many years ago I banked with Standard Bank. I closed all my accounts more than 10 years ago. Recently I have been receiving sms's that the min payment on my Bluebean account is R25. I took the time and effort to phone them to inform them there must be a mistake as I do not have any open accounts with Standard Bank. They informed I have to go into a branch to close the account. I absolutely refuse to waste my time and find it absurd to go into a Standard Bank branch as I do not bank with them. Please contact me to resolve this matter.
