Close my loan
I have a term loan with Standard bank and I have paid it up.I had to go to the branch at Cleary Park to have them assist me since I could not do it over the phone.the lady at reception is very unfriendly and I was in work so I went in my work time and I waited for 47 minutes and Lee Ann said she apologized for me waiting so long.She could not assist me as the amount does not show on the term loan as yet.i don't want them to debit my account on 25th as I settled this LOAN.DONT DEBIT.they saying I'm in arrears also and I am NOT.LOSE THIS TERM LOAN ACC I HAVE AND DON'T DEBIT MY ACCOUNT AGAIN.Id number ***
