close my business account!!! I am beyond asking "please"

I requested for my business account to be closed on the 19th of April 2024. I was then advised that I will need to pay a further amount to bank charges to which I responded that I will only be able to do so at month end since I am not employed and my business is not in operation but that I am currently existing by the grace of those kind enough to look after me.

on the 2nd of May 2024 I paid the final amount requested due to banking fees and requested the account to be closed.

Today the 10th of JUNE 2024 the business account is still open with a new negative balance due to banking fees that I refuse to pay.

I am continuously harassed for FICA documents for a business that is NOT in operation? When I asked for the account to be closed now I am being harassed for FICA documents on my personal account? Business account still not closed?

remind me to tell you the story of a night I had an accident and was then threatened in all sorts of ways from having contacts in the SA Police as well as where I bank. Until this day this party can not provide a drivers licence.

If this harassment continues I will close my private account with Standard bank as well
