close my accounts immediately

I called the call centre to close my rcp and my credit card and they could not assist me after being given 3 different numbers.i then went to the branch(quagga centre) as advised.the gentleman assisted me in closing my loan and assured me my credit card is closed as well. This morning I see I still got debited for my loan leaving my account in a bad state. My credit card also still shows on my banking app and I received a call this morning offering me a limit increase on a card which is supposed to be closed. I have mailed but received no response in this regard. This is my second bad experience with standard bank. I want my credit card closed with immediate effect and my money paid back into my account which was taken for an rcp that has already been paid and closed.
