Close it down, useless

The Gugulethu Mall service is appalling, my 66 years old mother went for a new card since it expired.The consultant told her she has 2 accounts and when she wanted to know why, the consultant said she also doesn’t know. She was further sent to the ATM and told that the security guard will have to assist her with changing the default pin, she came back unassisted because what does a security guard know about banking. This is not her 1st bad experience in the same branch and it’s a pity the consultant conveniently hid her name badge
