Close branches but can't help you over the phone
Been sitting in Hillcrest branch for over half an hour in a que because they closed my closed branch and cannot help me over the phone. The security guard is rude shuffling the longline of people. The branch manager hasn't been seen assisting the large number of people pilling up waiting for assistance... is this what we have to look forward to???
