Clock watchers (Vryburg Standard bank)

i am completely furious with standard bank clock watchers, i got a sms to come collect my card and the time was 15:30 i decided to stop whatever i was doing and rush to the bank exactly 15:37 i was at the door, the security assisted me with calling relevant people to speak to since the bank was closed but none of Std staff came to the door despite seeing other clients transact i was expecting to be assisted as i was only collecting a card which shouldn't take over 10min max. clients were still there and it only 7min i tried explaining to the security guard that i will not be available for 2 weeks and this will delay me in case i want to transact using the card and also which need to be activated.if this is the kind of service Standard bank offer to it clients i will rather stay with FNB who take pride in the clients needs/queries now i have to wait till the bank opens at 9am while i have to be in JHB exactly 10am this is ridiculous they can keep their card.
