Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr and Standard Bank *****

I received an offer to purchase from an Estate agent for Munyaka lifestyle Estate and I was not told that I am signing a 99 year old lease during the encounter with the Estate Agency. Standard Bank accepted my offer to purchase and wanted to pay so they gave me lawyers from Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr. When the papers came for me to sign I refused to sign as it was a lease and the lawyers at CDH said they wil charge me for their services that they had to prepare the paper work and what doesn’t make sense is that the service was exactly the amount I paid for deposit of the house and on top of that I had paid them the money they requested .

I have never been ****** by Lawyers and a bank that I use thinking I am safe. I am never buying a house via Standard Bank and CDF lawyers ever they are a bunch of *****ters and *******.
