Client for 16 years

Good day<br> <br> I've been with standard bank for 16 yrs I have an existing bond with them for 7 yrs now I recently app**** for a new bond but they need to confirm employment telephonically after a letter from hr in writing confirming my employment what makes me even more angry is that fnb and nedbank gave approval after 3 days of submission of application it week 3 now and all my bank say it's at the creditors. <br> <br> Will would your own bank treat you this way the rule of my employer clearly states we cannot confirm employment telephonically hence the letter and its the biggest telecommunication company world wide.<br> <br> Can someone please help!!!!!
