Clerks ----not managers.

Transactions went off my account ...yet I DID NOT receive an OTP Trying to resolve any issue with this BANK is really not possible. Get passed from one 'clerk' to another .....call themselves managers. If you try resolve over the phone ...need to speak to 3 departments and 4 people .....if you go into the bank it's an hour later and 4 people later . They are simply useless ................................................................................................. Time to move on ..................
