Clearwater Mall Branch is the best by far!

Standard Bank Clearwater Mall is the meaning of customer service. The friendly helping service by a lady named Jabu led the pleasant experience. Although it took quite long, it was a good experience due the great service.

Jabu made sure she knew why I was there, explained in detail all necessary details and gave accurate and adequate advice on the way forward. Once I was pointed in the right direction, she made sure I was taken care of by Bulelwa and made sure I would be taken care of thereafter.

Bulelwa went out of her way to assist me. Even though a previous account stood in my way in the past, she and the team made sure I was able to succeed this time around. Bulelwa made sure everything was sorted before I left her desk.
