CLEARANCE

My mother got her pension money two weeks back they froze her money, saying it has to clear first ,its over 10 days now she cant do anything , municipality has disconnected her electricity she needs her money to go pay for her services no one is giving her all the relevent info she is been transfered from one person to another . this is affecting her health , and thats one of her reason why she resigned now they want to kill her with frustration. somebody please contact her and let her know why she cant withdraw her money.this is unprofessional
