Clarity needed regarding bond application!

Our bond was approved but not yet registered.Due to Covid 19 my salary has been affected and I thought I would be open and transparent with you.I emailed Dyk Van Heerden Inc. ( bond registration attorney) to advise them that my salary has been affected and what the way forward would be, they said we should speak to the bank.We called the bank and you said the attorneys need to send a cancellation of our behalf ( not sure why ) , went back to the attorneys and they said nope the bank needs to give them the instruction to withdraw.Called the bank again and you said nope the attorneys need to send an email to withdraw.I am trying to be proactive and I am more then willing to provide you with proof that my salary has been affected.We want to know what we need to do to get the bond application withdrawn.
