Claims Closed

Hi<br> <br> I logged a claim with STD bank insurance for my alarm system. I have been battling to get the repair company to bring back the damaged goods, Std bank then closed the clam without informing me. What happened to customer service? 3rd claim in 10 years and now they want the damaged goods and close a claim without keeping me informed. What do I do now? This is a security risk and I had to get the stuff fixed. Some one tell me what to do as your call center wait is ridiculous.
