Claiming money from standard bank.

Dear sir

Kindly note that our family(Magwai) we did claim the money from Standard bank after my mother pass on last year 20-07-2021.we claim the money on 30-07-2021 then they told us,they transfer the money within 7days from the day we claim the money.now till today we didn't receive the money.we did spoke to Mr Charles and Miss Mary Makhafola from Standard bank.we are still waiting for money now.its been seven months now and they don't update us.we made the follow-up several times and promise.please help us.

We did went to Master Officer High Court to apply letter of authority then we went back to Standard bank.
