Claim rejected ..FOR WHAT????

<br> Hi<br> <br> I need info on the cancelation of my home loan insurance as i am not happy with the service that i am getting from std bank insurance ...<br> <br> In my last claim i had ..i had a cracked toilet water boil where almost half the house floor was under water .....i have now got tiles that are lifting..and the building inspector came to my house to inspect the lifting tiles ..and in his report was said that the tiles are lifting due to POOR WORKMANSHIP ...that is nonsense as these tiles have been in my house for 11 years ..and now the are lifting after all the water ...no one at SIL even had the decency to phone me to tell me that the claim had been rejected ..i will not be threaded this way ...my insurance have been with std bank since my previous bond and now my house bond , over 14 years <br> <br> I will be cancelling my insurance with SIL asap and am busy getting quotes elsewhere as i will be told that i am a ****<br> <br>
