CLAIM NUMBER CHL15/008963

I have been trying since the 6th of July 2015 to get Standard Bank to pay out the insurance against my bond.<br> My husband has passed away and the bond needs to be settled.<br> I have sent e-mail upon e-mail, personally spoke to Craig Pereira, who promised me faithfully that he will ensure action is taken. He now does not even respond to my complaint! I have also tried contacting Mariana de Wet, but also have not received a response from her. It has only been a day though that I have been trying to get hold of her.<br> I just don't know which way to turn anymore! I am going to be charged interest upon interest, which may result in me having to pay in money to the estate. It is hard enough as it is, therefore I really don't need any further worries being put on me. I just want the staff at the home loans and claims department to do their job! That is after all what they are paid to do! I will definitely be taking my business away from Standard Bank after this whole sorry saga is eventually (if ever) sorted out.
