Claim not seen to for a year

we reported a claim feb 2017 for mould in a kitchen cupboard we have complained by email and phone to various departments we were told that their contractors tried phoning us ribbish I have his tel no we were contacted by one of there contractors who came and saw the cupboards but the damage has spread so badly that the kitchen is stinking we are still emailing and calling but get no reply
